What hardware did you use to mount the light bar mounts to the aluminum bumper brace?

I custom made some behind the grill 20" light bar mounts for 2014-2016 models. I decided to have extra sets cut out, hoping to help out some fellow members that need a quality way to mount a light bar behind the grill. The mounts are 100% water jet cut, tig welded, 6061 aluminum. They bolt directly to the aluminum crossmember behind the lower portion of the bumper by drilling and tapping (4) 1/4-20 holes in the aluminum X-member.

If you need a set shoot me a PM, price is set to recoup the costs of material, water jetting, and weld time. I can assure you won't find a better behind the grill mounting solution for a better price.

(4) 1/4x20tpi 1" long grade 8 bolts, (4) 1/4" flat washers, and (4) 1/4" lock washers. Locktight recommended.

Just got my light bar today, ran the harness and tested it out. Stoked to get the mounts. Do you know when mine will be shipped out? Also can you post a picture of your mounts bolted down to the truck? I like visuals haha

I thought you drilled and tapped the x-member. The hardware looks like its set up for thru holes in the x-member. Doesnt really matter i guess, but was curious. Probably easier to do thru holes.

I have my mounts, they look great. Planning to get them painted this weekend but still need to figure out what bar i'm going to use and get that on order.

I'm not sure I ever mentioned the bar I'm running.
I went cheap and picked up the Penton 120w 20" bar from Amazon.

Look into OPT-7 as well. Hooked mine up yesterday and was very happy with it. Decent price too.
