What's the biggest Light Bar people are using? Most I see are 22" and I saw that 30" won't fit. What about 27"?

I used a 24" bar. 27" may be possible, depending on how much wider the housing is. I have the feeling it may be too big with these brackets, though. If you custom made some other ones that are even bigger, with more bends, it could. That's a lot of work for just a little more light, though.

Thanks. Vendor was listing an Apollo 400 that was 18" the next size up was 27"

27" will be a tight squeeze, 24" will fit with plenty of room on each side.

I'm not sure I ever mentioned the bar I'm running.
I went cheap and picked up the Penton 120w 20" bar from Amazon.

How do you like that Penton light?

Hi all, Just wanted to share my experience with these brackets from [MENTION=133346]BradBrad619[/MENTION]
...For the record, my light bar is sold as a 24", but that's from end of bezel to end of bezel, so the lit surface is a little smaller. I couldn't have gotten away with much bigger, but I'm very happy with this one. Thanks, Brad!

I ended up with this one. It's not light of God bright, but it's adequate. I'm sure a $250 bar would be brighter. I figured I'd rather have this one plus a LED headlight kit instead.

Looks like the radius on the corners of that switch are close to OEM or AOB switches. Let us know how it fits and functions.....
Could be another source for switches if it performs!

Will do! I kept waiting for AOB to get new stock of the blue ones in, but it never seemed to happen. I just received this one (have a temp toggle in there now). Going out of town for about a week, but when I get back, I will be sure to post the results. I am optimistic. It looks good at first glance.

Back in town, and the new switch is in. I really like the look and fitment. A LOT. The blue backlight is a little more vibrant than the rest of the blue interior backlights, and the light isn't perfectly distributed along the lettering on the switch, but that's being pretty picky for what the switch cost. It's at least as good, if not better than the AOB switch pictures I've seen. Switch action is crisp and solid. Does not feel loose or cheap at all.

Here is the link from my purchase. None available on this listing anymore, but you can see if the seller has started a new one, or contact them and ask. I have no affiliation with them, but can recommend this, based on early impressions.

Another sideways upload. I'll figure this out eventually.
