2014 4-Runner Rumours

Any 2014 4-Runner Rumours out there? The 2013 are almost no changes. Is Toyota going to offer 4-Runner fan any of the real good technology in 14. 6 spd trans, v8, the better enture verions, or LED lights? This would be the 5th year for the 5th gen.

I heard the 2014 is going to have independent front and rear suspension, 4 cylinder engine only, automatic only, only comes with a casette player, the headlights are flashlights, oh, and say good-bye to body on frame. But wait, it comes with a roll of duct tape!

A buddy of mine works for Toyota Japan and he say's the 2015 will still have the BOF, but the major change is a 4.3 diesel similar to the blue tech of MB, also it will have LED taillights, 4 wheel steering and an option of a TRD super charger .....:wow:

Aren't most LED taillight units one-piece, and if one LED goes bad, you have to replace the entire unit? I thought I heard something like that once upon a time.

I would be happy if they made no changes. I like my 4r.

if its diesel wouldnt it be a turbo diesel anyways..?

Stop that Bay33Saw...I just got my 2012 TE this weekend, and I don't want to think about having to try to convince the chief that I will need a new 4Runner because they're going diesel...
