Even Osram mislabled H11's as H16 this is why there a confusion as to what the bulbs are on the 5th Gen Toyota 4Runners ...

H16 bulb VS Osram H16 Bulb which is found on the Toyota 4Runners...

That post is completely wrong. The stock bulbs are H16 and have a slightly different tab configuration that needs to be modified to fit in the H16 housing. The H9/H11/H16 are all in the same family of bulbs, but are NOT the same. The other type of H16 is a euro spec bulb that just happens to have the same number

so your saying is H11 and H16 are the same bulb and same plug but H16 is just a lower wattage...

No, the bulbs are different. They share the same connector though

What's the lumens on the above?

Looks very similar to these:
H11 30W XenonDepot LED Fog Light Bulbs

If they are the same, they are only 700ish lm, and they are at best to be used as fog. XD recommend them only for fog or dedicated DRL.
