I just lifted my brand new 2014 Toyota 4Runner Trail.
I went with the following set up:
Stock coils
5100s Bilsteins All Around.
Front End Lifted (I believe at the 3rd Notch, I did not install)
Diff Drop
285s Toyos A/T II (LT Version).
Overall, it sits level (it looks higher in the front in the photo). It is a little stiffer, but the ride is still good and solid. I have KDSS, so I kept it simple. I removed the front mud flaps and trimmed the front a little. My tires rub a little when doing a hard turn in reverse.
Overall, I happy with the set up. The gas mileage went down from 17.4 MPG to 16 MPG and some change (1-2 MPG). The OEM tires and the 2.5" front rack were annoying the crap out of me. I believe this should be the stock set up
