This should do it: 2012 Toyota 4runner Caliper Bolts | Partsgeek.com The description says "Fits 1996 thru 2010", but their fitment guide doesn't go up any further... 2003 to 2015's are all the same. What's to lose, if they don't fit send them back; they're only bout $4 bucks ea! :shrug:

Word to the wise don't lose this bolt because there is none in the country.

M14x1.5Px35-30.5 is the size which no one has.

Update:
