I'm a die hard AVS fan, it was cool to see that young group take it to a superior overall team in Nashville. Fun, gritty hockey full of heart that was great to watch.

I'm betting on it being Winnipeg and Washington for the SC.

I think Winnepeg will edge out the Caps in game 7.

That was a close game until the end of the 2nd. Crazy how quick things can change. That goal TB gave up with almost no time left was a killer.

As much as the fans would like to believe differently, players are not at all impacted by anything that’s going on in the arena. No different than any other road tilt.

Or start the show at 4:30 on nights with a puck drop slated at 5?

And that was a crazy game 1. Who would have thought it would have beeb 6-4 given how both goalies have been playing coming into it (obviously they're not the only reason the goals were scored). Ovey didn't seem to have a lot of his usual energy. We'll see what he looks like in game two. I'm definitely torn in this series. Would like to see Ovechkin win one. But Flowers is one of my favorite players from his Pitt days. And as much as I don't like the idea of an expansion team winning it in their first year, for the players that would be insanely awesome.

Great game 1 last night, incredible back and forth action. Vegas answered every time the Crapitals scored.

Rooting for Ovi to get one but can't complain at all with how Game 1 went from an entertainment standpoint. I'll take 6 more games like!

The Caps are playing to win. Vegas seems to be playing frustrated.

Next game, Vegas needs to bring the hurt and get a ton of shots on net and body's in front of the net.

Vegas is playing very frustrated I’ll agree. I think the will win game 5 but the Caps will close it out in game 6. Vegas’ frustrations very very evident in the 3rd. Both on the ice and behind the bench
