2017 Limited - Squeak steering column boot

I have a 2017 Limited. A squeak around the steering wheel shaft/boot. Cannot find a photo online of how it should look online. Could someone post a photo of theirs so I can compare mine at least is in the right place (hasn’t slid down) and whether the blue ring should or shouldn’t be visible?

It's correct and I have the same noise. I spray silicone lubricant in there and it lasts about 3-5 months before it starts up again. Maybe a dry lubricant is better, I dunno. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cLpDkwJ_rAE&ab_channel=HardlyMovingProductions
