I have a 2018 that I bought in November of 2017. I believe the date that shows for my map data is 5-1-17. For those with a 2019, what is the date for you map data?

where do you find that? (not that I have a '19, but am just curious to see what version I have.)
Problem with the Toyota navigation system you never know when it's updated. My dealer would update mine if there was a update available and if I requested it while under warranty at no cost. But once out of warranty you have to pay and it's not cheap. I have since bought a Garmin GPS with free lifetime updates. To this day I can't figure out why Toyota can't allow you to update the SD card for the navigation at home for free.

Go to the navigation screen, hit “options” at the top, and then hit “map data.” It will give you the map version and date. Mine is actually 4-1-2017. Let me know what you come up with.
