2020 4Runner Navigation Update (8 in screen with CarPlay)--Is everyone happy with it?

I am very disappointed in the lack of onboard navigation on my 2020 TRD Off Road. It has apple carplay and maps, but if I am in a remote area with no cell phone reception I have no navigation ability. I have a 2017 Tacoma with onboard nav and it works great.

You bought a truck without factory nav and you’re upset you don’t have it? Help me understand…
