Just got off the phone with Toyota USA. The Pro does not have dual climate control in the US market. Canadian models do get it. The gentleman verified this with product development while I was on the phone with him. I gave him my VIN (my Pro is schedule for delivery mid-April) to make sure I was receiving accurate info. Anyone else have anything different?

I'm 99.9% positive they're wrong, I've watched every test drive and looked at every photo and it's pretty clear that the Pro does have climate control. Hell, the original press releases even said pros were getting it. Also, the new press release posted above me also says it.

Long time lurker, first time poster. I've been watching this thread and waiting for Carplay in the 4runner for a couple of years now and finally took the plunge because I'm tired of waiting for the refresh.

Dealers around me have been generally clueless, but after pricing finally went up yesterday I managed to get the ball rolling.

They played the "tack on $900 in optional accessories" game and tried to pretend like port side options aren't optional, but I called them on it and put a deposit down on a Metallic Grey TRD Pro today. They're saying 6-8 "weekends" before it hits port, hoping it's sooner!

I am not saying Joe Schmo that answers the phone is wrong for sure, but, on Toyota’s website it says the pro does have dual climate control. (Granted there are areas where it says it doesn’t as well.) Not to mention that all pictures up until now have shown the pro with dual climate control. I am more inclined/(hopeful) that it does have dual.

Interestingly, not a single mention of the new Venture trim. I don't think they've EVER mentioned it in the past, either.

Yes... and the interior renderings show it too (though the "spec" tab says that it is not included). Lots of inconsistency on the part of Toyota.

TRD Premium with KDSS and sliding cargo deck

I noticed that when trying to config a TRD Premium with KDSS, moonroof and sliding cargo deck it is not available. Do you guys think is is a bug with the site?

If you look at the enclosed screenshot the final item is just KDSS which costs more than the KDSS with the moonroof. Hopefully it is just a mistake.

KDSS with Moonroof has the keep it wild savings, which is -750 off the price, the KDSS option itself doesn't have that discount, it probably shouldn't be visible without the savings.

I was up around 3am (Central) this morning and noticed that the 2020 models were finally up. At that time it showed the Venture Edition, on the far right of the selections. It was gone by this morning, though. I wish I'd have taken a screenshot.

Yep, Venture was on the US site yesterday, pulled today, no mention of it in today's press release, appears to be a Canada specific trim now.

I don't understand why the options change by zip code. For example, here in Austin I don't have the option for KDSS with moonroof. At all. Do I need to go to Denver for that? Why, why, why?

I tried to select both options but it is one or the other.
