2023 - wipers started ticking inside cabin on intermittent. Relay?

My 2023 4Runner with 7k miles randomly started making a new, fairly loud, metronome-sounding tick in unison with my front windshield wipers. The sound is coming from within the cabin.

The sound only occurs when wipers are on the intermittent setting. Everything is dead silent on all other wiper speeds including manual wipe like usual.

Any ideas? A relay or other electrical gremlin?

^Yes that's a relay. My 2010 does the same.

Thanks. Does that mean it's on its way out? Or is more of an annoyance? Funny that it started out of the blue on a 1 year old car.

Easy to access and change?
