265/60R18 or 265/65R18 On Limited Rims

Hey guys, I read many of the threads about others who have jumped from 265/60R18 to 265/65R18. They mostly have spacers and lifts. I have stock springs with Bilstein 5100 on all 4 corners with the front set at 1.75 inch. If I jump to 265/65R18(LTX MS2) will I have rubbing issues? What are the pros and cons of jumping up to 265/65R18 versus the 265/60R18? Do they look better in your opinion? Do they handle better or worse or ride smoother if I do this? Thanks !
