265 70 16 tires on a 3 inch lift

That's what I'm running and the only time I feel like they're small is when I'm sitting next to someone with 285's (or larger).

I've got 265/70/16 on mine that has about a 2 inch leveling kit, so if you have a 3 inch lift I'd go with 265/75 but it's up to you

99, 3 inch OME lift, 1.5 spacers and 265/70/16's.

It's a good tire size IMO. I have yet to really wheel it since I put the spacers on so I'm hoping I wont have any rubbing under flex but we'll see. I'll probably go up a size in the future.

Maybe I'm wrong but I think you are on 265/75's, not 265/70's. There is a noticeable visual difference between them.
I would do 265/75's. It is still pretty conservative and not all that much bigger than factory sizing.

Why would you go through the hassle and expense of lifting it just to run the factory tire size? It’s your money but it seems like it’d be better spent elsewhere if you’re not going to take advantage of being able to run bigger tires.

I'm happy with my 265/75s on stock suspension, had to hammer the pinch weld and cut a little off the edge of the front bumper, but they look good IMO.

If you're just wanting to level/baby lift look into 5th gen springs on all 4 corners.

Here's a 1999 on LC 7 Wraps with Tundra TRD Front Springs and a Toytec 3/4 Top Spacer. Total lift was about 3.5 inches in rear, and 3 in the front. Stock 265/70/16's.
2nd Picture on the Street in a 1.5 Daystar Rear Spacer on 99 Talls and the 3/4 Top Plate Spacer in the front. Total lift about 1.5 inches.

I'd like to know the same. I like that look.
I had a lot of driveline issues with the 3" Toytec lift so I'm really contemplating keeping it much more mellow on this one.
But dang....it sure looked good...
