265/75r16 at vs 265/70r16

Alright so I know similer questions have been answered on this but I have a 1999 sr5 with the tall coils and it came with bfg rugged terrain 265/70r16s and my buddy has Yokohama geolander AT 265/75r16s on his truck and they look like monsters compared to my tires, I heard that the difference is minimal but could the all terrain designation add some size? I'm new to this and would like to upgrade to some bigger tires soon but can't quite afford a lift yet. So will some bfg all terrains be about the same size as the geolanders? Any help would be appreciated.

Tires are like boots. Some run big, some run small. I would measure them to see what the difference is.
