No I am for sure. That's what I'm going to get for my rig. But she wanted Duratracs and had the coin for them. So I didn't try to dissuade her...they're great tires.


I'm going to probably get D load 265/75 Warden's for my truck next year when my Michelin's are worn out.

285/75/16's are only offered in E load if you're looking to go bigger tires but I love mine and wouldn't change anything about them! :banana:

Yes, they are C Load. I don't know how fast they'll get here, we snagged them on sale on eBay from DiscountTire for $817 shipped. Pretty good, considering mounting and balancing will only be $40. So barely over $850 out the door.

I would almost spring for real BFG All-Terrains myself, if they made them in C or D load range. But they don't, so I'm more than happy to buy Treadwrights, and have the choice between C,D and E.

No rubbing, but that's because it's slightly taller than stock (PP springs), it has 1" wheels spacers all around, and I'd already trimmed the lower part of the front bumper from where it rubbed with the previous BFG M/T's (they were 265's too).


When she gets the tires cleaned up, and my truck is clean too I'll try to grab some pictures with my good camera of both rigs.

IMO, 265/75's look a little small with the SS 1.2 lifts, because of how high the back end is the LC coils. However, it's bearable and doesn't look "bad". Just a little small.

BFG makes a 275, not sure if that would work for ya.


OP, looks great. I like the new wheels with the silver trim. I just picked up some new wheels and I am thinking to put on 285 duratracs. I am considering the 275 BFG too, but it seems duras simply do better in the snow.

Looks great though, spacers help the look a lot.
