2700 RPM Groan

I've noticed my truck kind of groans right at 2700 rpm. Can't tell if it's coming from the exhaust or from the engine itself. It doesn't sound like something failing, just altered sound. Anyone else have something similar? Engine is a 3.4L.

I have mine at 2.2k and mine is the exhaust doing it.

Do you feel a vibration at that rpm?

Can't say that I notice any vibration. Maybe a very slight high frequency vibration, but it feels more like something resonating than something out of balance.
