275/70/18 Tires

I swear I did some searching before I decided to start a thread....

Is anyone running 275/70/18 tires with a 3" lift? Theres a significant price difference between 285 and 275 tires. The 275 are taller and narrower and I'm wondering about fit, gas mileage compared to 285s and looks with it being somewhat narrower.

If you car about gas mileage don't do the lift or big tires.
