I was helping my brother do some searching for a used vehicle and I came across this 2nd Gen thats for sale up in Oregon, the ad says something about a chevy Vortec engine... and you gotta love those mud flaps...

It's an interesting build if it's all true, but if you wanted to tag it for street use it'd be extremely hard to impossible in most states. As a trailer rig it could be sweeet.

Haha Oregon doesn't even look at your car to get you tags. At least eastern Oregon and just about anywhere other than Portland or Salem.
