2nd Gen Custom Bumper transplant on 4th Gen

This may be a silly question, but has anyone used a 2nd Gen (93') custom bumper and transplanted it onto a 4th Gen (08')?

Hopefully from my experience in the industry of bumpers, you'll understand why I say that it will not be easy. It will not be clean. In fact, I'm pretty sure it'll be more work for you to modify it to look good than it would just to buy a kit or especially a ready to bolt on bumper..

You're better off building one that looks like a 2nd gen from scratch than modifying an existing one. The widths and mounting points are very different between the two vehicles. Also not sure how aesthetically pleasing it'd be with 4th gen lines.
