G'day 2ndGenFlip,

Here are a few more of the SSRG Recaro Interior for you. They are getting pretty hard to find these days in decent condition. I really got lucky finding these at a wrecker here in Australia. They were covered in mud/dirt and years of grime. Because of their condition the wrecker sold the whole interior to me for AUD$300 . Spent a few days steam cleaning everything and they came up good as new!

Another good thing is that you can still buy all the original parts for the seats (foam bolsters, trims and fabric) from the UK. The front seats were used OEM in quite a few vehicles from that period. For the SSRG Surf, Toyota just trimmed the back seats in the same Recaro fabric (black/grey) and also the door cards. The SSRG Surfs also had the factory tweeter mounts in the front door cards, which is where I mounted my Apline tweeters.

those seats are the recaro ls. and were put in many cars in the 70's, 80's and early 90's. all the seats should be the same fit minus the mounting rails. i currently have 5 of them in my basement that i was recovering but have put on the back burner... for over a year now. sigh

Not much of a looker

Who's my 1994 SR5 4Runner has the usual problem of a blown head gasket and it may not look like much right now has a few rust holes dents couple mouse turds but has cold air installed working on the dance going to make a homemade front bumper guard probably make rear tail light guards custom roof rack fog lamps overhead lights more likely get 33's and right now it doesn't run but its first car so im proud to own it.

Thanks bro, it was becoming a money pit mechanically speaking, which is why she got a Prius. I couldn't let it go, so much fun to drive. Interior is clean other then a tear on the drivers seat and it needs a dash pad, but other then that all the electronics are 100% body is straight other then a few dings.
