95 2wd

Hey all this is my new to me 95 2wd SR5. Got her for a song, 170k miles runs great everything works, windows cruise control etc..one thing though. When I test drove it it shuddered under braking. Assumed it was the front brakes (though I didn't feel it through the pedal or the steering wheel) so I put new pads and rotors on it. Still does it. Had the tires balanced. Still does it. This only happens under braking from any speed. Any suggestions?

1990. Moog replacement coils in the rear make it sit a big higher. I like the OEM rims best but the 3rd gen are much better than the ones on it when I bought.

Here is my ‘94 4Runner when I got her in December of ‘17. Don’t let the pictures for you the paint is faded in certain parts. It has a 3.0 with auto transmission. Looking to do a 3.4 swap soon.
