Well i installed my fiances old 5100's with her stock springs off her 08 trd off road tonight. I didn't take measurements before hand, but I'm now sitting @
22.5 inches front
20.5 inches rear (stock)
(Measure from center of wheel to fender..)
Also, the tacoma springs have 8 coils on each side, more than the 4r's 7 ds and 6 ps. (if that makes sense.)
This is all very unexpected, but I'm intrigued. And after some measurements tomorrow, will be buying what I need for the rear.
I took it for a quick spin, and it feels very very nice in the front. Not stuff, solid would be the description.
Pics tomorrow. Sorry for the tease, bit its quite dark and snowing outside. Looks very good for an estimated 3" of gain in the front. Maybe more?
What's good to bring the rear up to match? I'm thinking ome 895 for 2" of lift and some ome matched shocks to follow....
