Sorry I never saw this. I can do that if you still want it.
So this motor has about 10k miles on it. I just had to get it smogged and what a PITA, it took 4 tries. After fixing a bunch of vacuum leaks, doing a tune up, new 02 sensor, checking egr, pair valves, replacing vacuum modulator, it still failed. I took it to a smog repair shop and they told me to ditch the headers that they were the issue. Well I wasn't ditching the headers, that wasn't an option. In the end I opened up the AFM and richened it 3 clicks. My NOx went from 1500 to about 30 at 25mph. So the whole time it was running lean which was causing the high NOx.
So, if you have headers and are failing NOx and all your systems are working properly, there is a chance you are running lean and richening the AFM a couple clicks may do the trick.
I am hoping to get to the dyno soon. If anyone is still interested it would be cool to get a couple toyotas to compare results.

Finally got it to the dyno. Not terribly exciting but I really didn't expect a lot.
93 3.0
4:56 gears
5 speed manual
31x15.5 goodyear duratracs
thorley headers
flowmaster muffler
heads ported and flow tested
4 hole flamethrower injectors
engine balanced
timing at 10 degrees
stock filter and airbox
AFM set three clicks rich on run 1
So I have a few issues that need working out. The thing is running super rich at idle and really good at cruise, I have an idea whats going on but will be awhile before I can fix it. I found two dyno print outs online for our 3.0 and they both made about 105HP so I think 124HP isn't too bad. Could probably play with the timing and get a little more. I like that the torque is nice and flat across the entire range.
