3 stored engine codes: P0158, P0420, P0606

So long story short my original code was the P0158. I ordered a new O2 sensor from Amazon and Amazon ended up sending me a used sensor. It was open box, anti-seize all on the threads ect. So naturally I was pissed and sent it back for refund. In the meantime I was about to re-order a sensor when I noticed my check engine light went off. As if it fixed itself. After driving for a couple days I decided to re-scan the computer just to see if anything is there.

Nothing under pending codes or permanent codes. Under stored codes however I have the following.

P0158 - O2 sensor circuit high voltage bank 2 sensor 2

P0420 - Catylyst system efficiency below threshold bank 1

P0606 - Control Module Processor

Should I be worried about these codes?? I don’t know what it means for them to be stored?? Does it mean I still need to address the issues? I’m not sure what to do here, P0606 sounds expensive, is this a computer I need to replace? I hope somebody here went through this and its not as bad as it seems.

Could actually be the 02 sensor.
Could be a slight exhaust leak on the driver side.
Could be a bad cat, but not likely

Why did the check engine light go off?? Did everything momentarily go back to working order??

Start with the basics.

What's the condition of your battery? Make sure that is good before doing anything else.

As for the O2 sensors, don't buy them off Amazon, even if they are Denso, they are likely fake. Buy from the dealer or Denso rockauto.com.
