Those look great! Very similar to what I did except those are much nicer switches. I ditched my PIAA switches and opted for cheap rockers which I'll eventually upgrade.

Hey does it seems possible to stuff a 3x3 on either side of the bar. Thinking of doing a spot bar with 2 flood 3x3s cross aimed to fill my sides with plenty of light.

I love those OTRATTW switches! Really considered using them myself after seeing Rigliner's, just don't want to run issues with my dog stepping on them and turning the LED's on while on the road.

No....you can see in some of the pics I've posted, there's only 1-2 inches on either side of the bar. You'd have to go with a smaller bar if you wanted to go that route.

Has anyone considered doing a variation of this to use them as DRL's instead? Something just as bright, but two shorter length bars to go on the sides?

Virtually every single aftermarket DRL LED I've seen on the road looks too blue and so obviously after market. The light from these make them look OEM (too bright for DRL's), but they would be great if they were shorter and could be used as DRL's and wouldn't be blinding.

couple questions.. i didnt seem to see ( and this may be a stupid obvious question), but does the bumper need to be removed to do this?

also, does the light project far in front of the vehicle and really brighten up your whole path at night..?

1. There is no need to remove the bumper to mount this. It does take time and patience, but it can be done without taking the bumper off.

2. I've still not gotten the aiming perfect, but yes, it does brighten things up a lot. It over powers the stock lights, hard to tell they are on at night with this on. I've not been able to get a good idea on distance due to the aiming, but it definitely should light things up out past the stock lights.

How'd you get the bolts through the bars? I know you followed Momo's thread, he mentioned threading a wire through it?

That seems quite difficult as the foam/bumper is in the way of the front. Any advice would be appreciated.

I went in from the engine side with a piece of 18-22 gauge wire. I threaded it through the hole and out the end. Then taped the end of the wire to the end of the bolt and pulled it through the metal tube and out the hole. You never do anything on the front side of the metal reinforcement, all the work is on the sides and to the rear (facing the engine). Hope this clarifies it, if not let me know and I can try getting a pic.

There's no way to do that. I was able to get all might tightened down without any issues. Also did a friends that way. They won't spin too much so you can get them tightened down.
