Has anyone used this product? A spray on rinse off sealant that is supposed to be very high shine and quite long lasting? Thanks

I haven't used the 303 but I do use the Meguiar's Hybrid Ceramic Wax which sounds about the same as the 303 and I love it.

I’m a fan of Meguirs as well. I’ve been using their 3 step clean, polish, and wax for years, great stuff but it’s very time consuming.

Yup, all of the si02 coatings are more or less the same.
There is a long comparison thread that I've linked to in the past: Gyeon, Carpro, Mckees, Beadmarker, they are all more or less the same. I personally use Mckees Hydro Blue, but they are all the same. A few on youtube too now.
Just get what you deem is on sale, and follow instructions.
Just did my 3rd gen this weekend in the rain (my preferred method so I don't have to deal with waterspots from sun). Takes an extra 2 minutes extra compared to a regular hand wash. I used to detail as a profession, am super lazy now, and I WILL NOT wax/sealant/coat my car any other way now, especially on a larger car like the 4R. (My history of favorite coatings: Collinite 845 --> Optimum Opti-seal (wipe on, walk away)--> now si02 (spray and rinse) coatings.
YMMV, and proceed with my next step with caution: I do one step extra in "spreading" the coating before rinsing off with a pressure washer. This must be done one panel at a time as the dried on spray is a PITA to wipe off. I feel like I get way more than 3 months of reported durability, but I also do NOT handwash more than 5x a year. Mostly all touchless car washes + spraying off with just power washer after trips.
One last word of caution: these coatings contain silicone/silica, which makes repainting body panels at a body shop a LOT more of a PITA for the painter due to contamination causing fisheyes. So let your guy know about this prior to sending it in.

Oh, also, if you regularly handwash your big 4R, they make "maintenance" quick detailers that boost the hydrophobic qualities for ceramic/si02 coatings.
I would recommend that you consider purchasing one of those (I know Carpro makes one called IIRC, Reload) that is relatively price effective.

How’s the shine with these? I know the water beading is excellent but do you recommend a polish first?

I use Griot's sealant and it's pretty impressive for about 6 months. I was hoping to get the 1 year of protection states but we get a lot of rain here. I just got back from a kayaking trip and the truck was pretty nasty. Most of the dirt/dust came off with hose nozzle set to "jet" and I didn't have to wash it. Obviously soap would make it look cleaner but not bad for a quick spray. Water beading is not as good as I had hoped but I don't know if that necessarily means it's not protecting. It's not bad to wipe off after applying either.

If you use the 4R the way it's meant to be used, I would NOT recommend a polish for clearcoat integrity beyond 10 years.
Truth is, polishing to a swirl-free finish is realistically only "justifyable" if you follow the following regiment:
1. Never go through car washes with spinny brushes
2. Only handwash, 2+ buckets, grit guards, quality wash mitts, PROPER drying
3. Never will get pinstripping from trails
4. And that any other drivers of your vehicle also following the above
If you skip any single step from the above, polishing (proper machine polishing that would take easily 3-4+ hours on a 4R) is a waste of time and money.

My t4r is silver and the shine with the meguiars hybrid ceramic is outstanding. Glossiest product i have ever used.

I use Meg's Hybrid Ceramic too. On black, it brings out the glossiness that surprises most. Application is easy and its cheap compared to the other stuff. Used on all surfaces and beads and sheets water well.

I'm going to give the Meguirs a try. I just don't have the time to devote to their 3 step anymore.
