Hello There is a car Toyota 4Runner 2010, grade Trail. The car is raised by 3 inches. Stand whether tire size 33x12, 5x18 on this machine. What problems can arise when installing this size? Does who realties such size? Thank you all for your answers.

Your tires are going to rub. A lot. You must get the wheel offset and backspace correct and even then you will need to do a LOT of cutting and a Body Mount Chop and that's just the front. You will need to install aftermarket Upper Control Arms and set the caster up as far as possible. In the rear you might have to modify the inner body flange to keep from cutting the tire as it goes up into the tub while off roading.
