Think the only thing you'll find is over in Japan...not much need for one around here. Its not like we're needing to keep the front end down when we take it to the track.
that requires putting on the 96-98 3rd gen bumper on, I was really just wanting something simple to make the front look even with the stock running boards. for looks mainly since my t4r is only 2wd so i'm not taking her off road
like a lip on the lower air dam for downforce?
I think the closest thing is the burtman air dam.

I have an '01 and I'm on the hunt for one of those sport plates for mine.
As for the OP, it sounds like you might be talking about something along the lines of those air dams, or at least some kind of lower valance/body kit. I'm not sure where I'd start with something like that. Make your own and make a thread for us!
Or you can get super crazy with it and find a way to order one of these

no it is more along the lines of a basic lip (lower valance Lip spoiler) something really simple. kinda like what the 90's chevy tahoes and silverados had at the bottom of their bumpers

Pretty sure these were on all 2002 sport editions, maybe 2001 as well.

No I saw that on Burtman Industries as well. I can't justify $600 for it either, but it just seem to have to much going on in it tho. looks a to ricey (fast and furious) I'm gonna head to PullAPart tomorrow after work and grab a 90's tahoe bumper lip. of course I'll take measurements first
I think what you want is the JAOS front wing.
I plan on giving it a go at making one since I can't justify nearly $600 for it.

That'd be the extreme? The std S10 had a blank air dam, the option was for some PIAA 40 seriess size square lights, and the extreme had the skirt kit.
I had a radar blue 95 S10 when I was yonger. Slammed on belltec suspention, debadgged, painted grill/bumpers, with polished aluminum wheels. Always got thumbs up from chevy guys. It was not an extrme, mine was clean.
OP, I'd be looking at a tacoma skirt. No doubt there is some aero kits for the 1st gen taco.

How funny, I had a '96 S-10 ex cab maroon-ish color with Beltech drop spindles and drop blocks as a teen for a little while. Never got into the ground effects (sp?) kits though.
Back on topic, sounds like the 96-98 first posted would work best as far as styling goes, but you'd lose the nice factory halogen projector fogs...
what Tacoma skirt. I don't think I've ever seen that. And I will probably with a blank air dam from the s10. I don't need or want the extra holes for lights

you said you wanted a lip, not a blank air dam. Poeple were assuming you wanted a lip.
google the air dam for the 1st gen taco. There are options out there for lower trucks.
