3rd gen limited 5 spoke wheels

I have four "5 spoke" wheels from a 2000 Toyota 4Runner Limited. (16") They have the center caps. The wheels are painted/powder coated aluminum and are OE. There are a few chips and scratches. Would be awesome if they were stripped and refinished. Asking $280 for all four and shipping is extra. Located in Alabama.
