3rd Gen Outdoor Logic front bumper and custom skid plate

I'm selling a 3rd gen Outdoor Logic front bumper with matching lower skid plate. This will mount up perfectly to savage skid plates or the factory skid once you cut it down. I'm located in Quartz Hill CA (93536). $500 obo. Thanks.

Does it come with the necessary brackets for install? I read they use a bracket attached to the frame rails
