Powered subs have everything in one nice box.. Looks like it will tuck nicely behind the back seat.

Those are great little boxes. I have one in my 4runner. Its small, light, and very easy to take in and out (quick release) when I put bikes etc in the back. Im a basshead, and its great with all music. It also comes with a bass knob to mount up front. Well worth the money. If you have any other questions, holler

After looking and loooking on a suitable sub. I was really going to go with sound ordinance to stuff under my seat. It was priced at 169$. But after going to the stereo shop that i been going to for years. He was hesitant because he never heard of the name nor the sub itself. So he pointed me to jl audio. He had a 6" in his Prius and it sounded crisp, but he said the 8" was only 10$ more. So for 199$ I was sold they price match and even beat the crutchfield listed at 260$. These boxes are so damn light and small but not small enough for under the driver seat. You could easily get creative and mount it above the wheel or in the back in between the hatch and wheel well. Or if you wanted you can just unplug and easily move it for storage...

Interesting. Well for the little extra,spent I am happy. And also I have a two year warranty with jl so that's,a,huge plus
