Will this fit????

I have a 2006 limited with 18" wheels.

Any input on how these will fit on my 4R?

I am getting a suspension/lift upgrade this weekend.
Bilstien 5100's all around with OME 885 front and 895E rear.

I don't want to do any trimming or etc....?
