To say I'm happy with the rig would be a gross understatement ... But, there is one annoying little omission.

An inside release for the rear liftgate. I looked and looked, thinking I must have overlooked it. Pored over the manual ... no dice! So, I've come to the conclusion that there just isn't one. And I must confess, I miss having it ..


But, it's a minor annoyance compared to an otherwise perfect (almost) vehicle! That one small addition would have made it so!

I agree wholeheartedly. Also I'm pretty sure my posts on 4Runners annoy you too lol.

Nice write-up Antman. I appreciate your work and willingness to share. I'd like a release from the drivers seat. I'm sure it could be done, but i'm no whiz with wires, and I'd want it interlocked to operate only in Park.
