4 wheel drive and turning sharp problem?????

both symptoms can be attributed to a worn pitman arm.
This is just a sharing experience form a fellow 4runner not necessarily a definitive diagnose fro your vehicle.

Lets clarify, when does the clicking occur? just when your in 4 wheel drive or all the time? only on corners? left corners or right corners? Clicking on corners can be almost any steering component or a bad cv joint. Constant clicking on a corner would be a cv joint. If it clicks once, like a pop, its a steering component. Id recommend getting a front end check to properly diagnose the issue, its hard to the untrained eye to tell if its a pitman arm, tierod, or steering rack thats causing the issue. hell could be a loose bushing or a loose shifting part

Ok it only does it every once in a while not often. It is a clicking noise, and it only does it when i am in my driveway turning around and the wheel is turned all the way to EITHER side. I'm going to check it out friday since its going to be warm if i find anything i'll fix it if i don't i'm going to have it checked over by a mechanic.

That could be from the steering stops. The plastic caps on them could be worn out or gone, a common problem.
