$400 supercharger in louisville

I saw this on craigslist and thought that I would pass along the deal. I am positive that it can be bought for less, so someone please buy this and let me know how it works out.

Could be an easy fix. Could just be that the nose cone needs to be rebuilt.

Could be the whole thing needs rebuilding.

I wouldn't spend more than 200$ on that thing and I can do all the work myself.

On top of that, it's missing a ton of parts.
