4R 1988 blinkers/turning lights don't work

This is the thing: the emergency/hazard lights work perfectly, but my blinkers/turning don't. Please, can you help me to solve this problem.

P.S. I don't have books or documentation yet, I just ordered a couple of manuals to maintain/repair my 4R, but I'll get them in a couple of weeks.

Since the hazards and turn signals share the same flasher module it's not that. The leaves 2 things, the rocker switch used to turn the hazards on/off (also make sure it's not stuck in the middle ) or the turn signal switch (what Toyota calls the combination switch ).

Here's how the turn signals work.

Start by checking if you have 12Volts on B1 pin (Green and Blue wire) of turn signal switch/stalk.
If not trace the wire back to the Engine Fuse.

I downloaded a FSM this morning, and I wanted to upload a page which can be a quick reference if somebody's dealing with the same problem than me:

All the blinkers stopped working, on my 2000 SR5 recently.
- my mechanic pushed the hazard flasher button, a few times
- this dislodged some dust-dirt or something, on the wiring contacts of the switch
- and my blinkers, started working normal again
Not saying this is OP's problem - but can't rule it out.

Re: Multi-meter.
Great if you can get one. Even the $5 at harbor freight plus your FSM will go a long way toward saving money and keeping the MoreFunner reliable.
