I would say if it was built to travel through something vs built for things to pass over top, you're good to go.
Love this thread! Y'all are a lot more fun than the guys over in the Honda and Benz forums I've been part of.

so... are we suppose to stop traffic to take the picture?
i am single and have no friends, haha. so i would have to park at the tunnel, get out and take the picture.
hmmmm... im willing to piss off some freeway traffic...
thats what stopped me from taking the water up to the door pic... haha
but the main reason i am commenting is so that it catches my eye when i hit "new posts."

OK, so... it did cross my mind that this challenge could potentially result in some of my more goal-driven T4R friends and colleagues placing themselves in harm's way for the sake of achieving the objective...
PLEASE... be safe. If you are going to be stopping traffic be sure your camera is ready beforehand and that you are familiar with its operation. Be prepared and move quickly; use your flashers. Wear official looking clothing. Khaki looks official; a dark green or brown shirt will have them assuming you are with Park Services. (Do NOT impersonate any official body too closely as that could get a little sticky as well)
Smile a lot and wave at the folks you are preventing from getting to where they are going; try to involve them in the fun; make them feel a part of the inconvenience.
Try not to appear drunk or in any way under the influence... you will likely be photographed and reported by one of the inconvenienced.

Perfect clarification of "tunnel"
It needs to be something intended to get you through/under an obstacle that is far too inconvenient to drive around. So going under an overpass does not count. Thanks Hepar

Next challenge: Your 4runner on a road (dirt or paved) in the middle of nowhere.
No sign saying when it was built though like mine. Read the challenge again, I thought I had it till I reread it.

Probably doesn't count as middle of no where but it's a dirt road about an hour outside of Lake City

Damn I just snapped a quick pic of mine in front of a farm house built in 1874.....no sign saying so though. But it can be verified online. Oh well. Here's the pic for fun.
