Today is the 3rd day from the last challenge and no new photos. So, we start a new challenge tomorrow, correct?

I would propose that rather than the challenge reverting back to the guy who just posted the (bad, because no one got it) challenge, that after X number of days the challenge simply revert to the previous challenge.
So in this case, for example, no one has gotten the Runner off the ground for mods, so the challenge would automatically revert to the Runner next to a moron parker.
I suggest this based on two things: it's easier for everyone to keep track of the challenge - after X days they just know the challenge is void and the old challenge is back up, and invariably someone who has chosen a hard challenge the first time will probably choose a similarly difficult challenge if given the chance a second time, meaning that in theory, the game could languish for a long time while the same guy keeps on proposing impossible challenges.
This is the way some of the bike forum boards play and it makes more sense to me than the way we currently do it.

Unless KidVermicious steps back in, I would think we active players can do what we want. Based on MeefZah's suggestions:
1) If no one answers the challenge after minimum 3 days based on time of challenge post, it becomes void and reverts back to previous challenge.
2) As long as pic was taken after previous challenge was issued, it would apply. That way, if someone has a pic that was too late for that challenge, they can use it immediately for the replay and keep the game moving on to a new challenge.
