My mom moved to Tennessee years ago so we visit twice a year from Washington. The amount of litter just blows me away. WTF!

Without getting into a litter discussion I will just say in most TN counties you have to take your garbage to a convenient center (dump). Many East Tennesseans do not understand wind (or a lot of things) so everything blows out the back of their truck/trailer on the way. And since there is so much litter, what difference does another plastic bottle or styrofoam cup make? :frusty:

At least your trash is static. Ours moves, because it has f****** legs. The human variety that litters every stoop in our city is way worse than the bunch of Styrofoam cups.

Next: churches, or what used to be them. Your 4R with a FORMER church that is now something else. For example, back home we had (in Pittsburgh) a church that was a brewery; churches that were bookstores, music shops, some old one room churches were houses, some old brick churches in rural areas had a wall knocked out and were garages for farm implements, etc, etc.

It's the building that held a group of 14 people back in the 1820s that believed if they cut fingers off then no crime could be committed. That didn't go far so the building has been reused as numerous things since then.

Since this challenge had a Pittsburgh reference to start with, it's fitting that I complete it. Mr Smalls Theatre in Millvale. I have no idea what hookey religion used to do stuff in it..

Y'inz must live in some high class areas. The only valets around here are homeless guys wearing red bathrobes who try to dupe you into leaving your car with them so Dirty Mike and the boys can turn it into an F-shack.
