4Runner Rear Window Arms

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I'm having some issues. A bolt on my rear window came out on the right side, causing the window to fall on the right but not the left. This made the window uneven. I opened the window up, and though I can connect the right side of the window back onto the arm, the arms supporting the left and right side are uneven. How do I move the arm to make the windows even again?

P.S. Red arrow pointing to the arm I am talking about.

Have you tried to level the window first?
The spring is off its hook, so lift the arm (pointed by the arrow) up and get the spring back in the hook. Take extra precaution when dealing with springs.

The arm will not move. I thought it would because of the spring being unhooked at well but it won't budge

It's tough to align correctly in the door.
When I replaced mine, I had to fold both arms down together to get the alignment of the teeth correct and level before installing.
The arms are well sprung so when you get them in place, you put a short screwdriver through the hole by the spring to keep the arms from moving until re installed.
Here's the whole mechanism.
