I would say the first picture is the best representation of what to expect. There is the slightest reverse rake appearance that can only be seen if your staring at the rig from just the right angle.. From most angles the 4Runner appears complete level with zero rake - just what I was looking for.

It is just the spacer. Up front. You could play with the front clips on the TRD shocks to get it even closer.

Could you do me a favor? And place a bubble level level with the the trim on the front driver or passenger window running parallel to it. I am curios to see hoe much of a difference in rake it creates.
Also, does this spacer kit install on top of the strut or does it actually preload the spring? Ie you have to compress the spring to install the spring on this one so it is on top of the spring in between the mount and the spring? This would be great to know. Would save those adding winches from having to get springs.

i think you nailed it, i bet the spacer plus lowering it to that lower clip on the shock is the ticket if people are looking for a level look

Baja ones preloaded the spring and replace the bottom spring plate. A 1/2in top plate spacer would work a lot better IMO as it would retain the OEM TRDP suspension droop and not change the ride quality at all.

I added a TOYTEC 1/4 Top-plate spacer on mine. It leveled out my ride, doesn't preload the spring at all.
Looks a lot better, gave me more travel, and no ride quality issues.

I think the passenger side spring is already set at the lower position. If you drop the driver's side down you would then have the side to side lean everyone hates.

Vlad, could you post some pictures with the 1/4 top plate spacer installed. That would be great to see. I think a few of us are interested in going this way but I'm curious if 1/4 is enough or would 1/2 be a little better. A very slight rake is cool and I think 1/4 might be the ticket. Thanks.
Another bonus is it is a lot easier to install as compared to compressing springs. Would be interested what your pre and post lift heights are now.
You want a rake front to back or back to front? My Tacoma had a very slight front to back and I thought it looked great without looking to bro if you know what I mean.

I would like the rear to be just a bit higher than the front is what I'm saying. I do tow a bit with our dirt bikes and such so a little rake in that direction is usefull. I'm also ok with what it has now but I could see the "looks good" benifits of having a little more lift in the front.
