Incorrect... I can confirm that on a 2017 Cement, there is a metallic shine to it when you get close.

Are you sure, it doesn't seem like there is any metallic in the paint when I look at it sitting in my driveway. I was under the impression that is the same color that was on the FJ as well as the Scion TC. You are saying this is a different color than those?

First "mod" lol, as soon as I got home from Dealer. There is no other chrome on the truck, not sure why they didn't just come blacked out. This is the overlay kit from TRDparts4u, didn't want to mess with taking off and painting, or plasticdiping. Took me 5 minutes of prep and Voila:

Scored a 2017 TRD PRO!

One thing I don't like is being led on without information. The dealer who took my deposit told me 4-6 weeks. Now two weeks later, the communication dropped off into the Black Hole. All anyone should expect is we don't know, or we have an allocation and its yours, etc.

That said, found a White 2017 250 miles from the house. Deposit down and I pick it up next week

Anyone receiving their rigs this week? Mine is coming up on 7 days since arriving at port and no updated processing/shipping date.

However, my dealer has told me to come by after work today to get my trade in appraisal done, as well as getting several portions of paperwork done for my cement that's coming in. At least this is progress, I think.

Located in Virginia, Pro is at port of Newark I think.

My Cement arrived at port, in Portland, OR, on January 3rd and I'm still waiting on it...hopefully this weekend. They do final assemblies when they get to port and then, at least for me, I have my dealership doing a few add ons, so they need 2 days for that, BUT, that's when it actually gets up here to WA state.

Not sure. It's either a TRD Pro or it's not. Buy what you want and it's worth the wait.

I'm not shopping for one...just saw it and thought I'd share. I do love the cement color though!

If its real and this broker just screwed up with the listing, then cool...its a very hard color combo to get in Colorado!

If it's "Cement" as stated it's a "Pro", The color Cement is not on any other 4R

Maybe I need glasses too because it doesn't look metallic to me either, but if you look up the Cement paint code 1H5, it says Cement Gray Metallic. Interesting.

There is definitely a slight metallic color in the Cement TRD Pro, It pretty much takes direct sunlight to see it, very subtle. I have been told that 4Runner Cement is slightly different than the FJ but I'm not 100% certain about that, I have never seen a Cement FJ up close.

Are these like stickers or plastic caps that go over the existing lettering/logo? Wondering how they will hold up over time? I plan to delete that crome as well.

It is an overlay 3M adhesive kit. I've had mine on over 9 months without any issues.
