Holy crap man, i would be interested but most of those photos in that thread look like a shitty time in a full bodied rig. Any insight into the trails that arent for tube buggies? I'm locked in the rear with full armor, winch and 34s.

I know exactly where that is. I was suppose to go to Box Canyon this weekend, but it doesn't look like the weather will let me.
That is also the weekend before finals, so we'll see.

Everything out there is dry camping but Florence does have a couple of small hotels. or you could stay in Apache Junction which is about 30 min from the trail.
Conor just load up the books and study before and after. LOL

Well I need fiberglass fenders or I need to chop the ones I have now. I have so much travel in the front it is insane.
Today I bottomed out hard in a stream. It was bad. I have a video.
Damage:
-Ruined alignment
-Broken turn signal
-Grill flew off truck
-Driver side fender is buckled from tire contact
-I have a hole in my inner fender from the Uniball bolt
[MENTION=44448]ToyTec Lifts[/MENTION] I have too much travel I guess
So I need to buy bigger bumpstops and maybe fenders

You cant have too much travel, but you are definitely pushing the limits of the coils on those toytec coilovers. You are carrying a lot of extra weight with all the armor on your rig now.
I would look into some bumpstop upgrades along with maybe a heavier coil to support all the weight when it comes crashing down. I would also make sure that you aren't bottoming out your coilovers and using the internal piston as your bumpstop, no coilover lasts through too many hits like that if that is what is stopping travel.
Sucks about the damage, good excuse to get some glass now though!

I bought Wheelers bumpstops just now. I'll probably upgrade to 650 coils this summer, or just go to King coil overs.

Awesome, i've got a set waiting to be installed also for the front of my truck. Which set did you end up ordering? Last i checked they didn't list them specifically for our trucks.

I have the wheelers bumpstops as well. Dual set for each side. Pretty good so far.
