Light output is more about the brand of light bar you buy than the mounting location. I can post pictures of my cheap amazon bar and people will say that looks low, but then if someone posts them of a rigid people will say that looks bright. From my personal experience with the bar I honestly can't notice a difference of when I hooked it up to the battery holding it in my hand, and when I mounted it behind the lower grill. It was equally bright. Now there is some grill material in the way so my educated guess would be that you get anywhere from 80% to 90% of what a given light bar would put out. The only places that are probably affected are high up and way down low which are areas we don't really see when driving anyways.

styles and prices?

Of what styles are left and how much?

I already got Style D with 4 tabs but maybe snag one of the others to swap around with for change every once in awhile, or maybe for a future second 4th gen.

I have a pair of 3" cubes currently on mine, still have two tabs left. looks real good and quality is great!

Hey everyone.

I got all your PMs and have replied to them. July was a crazy month for me. I moved, twice... But now I am finally in the home my wife and I purchased. Right after I moved I went on a two week vacation/bike ride across Iowa. So I had very limited internet access and time to message on here.

But I am back now. It will probably take me a month to get my house/shop organized and electrical work done so I can hook up my welder. Between all the moving chaos I have kind of lost touch with how many I have left in which style. Once I get everything together I will post an update on here and let you guys know what I have left to sell. Thank you for your patients!

Syle B

Finally got my truck back to the shop, and got around to installing my new bumper, retrofitted blackhouse headlights, and most importantly, my Style B brackets and LED bar!

Since I bought these blindly without knowing exactly how they would look, I wanted to put up some pics of my install so others can see how it looks. I used the exact light bar that MojaveMadMan posted at the begininng of this thread.

So here are the brackets, I hit them with 3 coats of high temp engine primer, and 3 coats of high temp semi-gloss black.
