Im no professional in metals or have the patience it takes to make these things, but a thought couldn't a half a finger nail be reduced in the metal that touches the cross member with out loosing strength? yet keep it the same design right along the redline or atleast where it would touch the cross member

As far as a change, I will be doing something similar to your picture. I was looking over the mounts on my wife's 4runner. I had 1/8" clearance and no rattle but I figured out where I could tweak some stuff to make extra clearance just in case. If it was an issue for you, it has the potential to be for someone else and I don't like that.

I just want to make sure any potential customers know that I am actively addressing this and don't want people to be put off from buying one of these. I will do what it takes to make sure people get what is expected, a working product they are happy with!!!

This is Class 1 customer service. It is hard to get Customer Service like this now a day. I don't need one yet but because of this post. I want one now. Do they fit with 1 1/2" body lift?

1.5" is going to be too much for the existing mounts I have. If you would like, I can make you a custom one. It will take about a month as I will need to put it in my next laser cutting order. Shoot me a PM, we can work with a deposit for doing the custom mounts and I can get you one all made up!

I have a half inch body lift and it fits fine. Not sure about 1.5" though.

If anyone is interested, I have one extra Tube light bar. It is also powder coated! I did one for a customer and decided to do up my last one coated as well. This is my last one for a bit.

It is $160 for the bar and an extra $30 for powder coating. It is a textured matte black.

I'll post post pics when I get it back from the coater!

So I tested the Tacoma ones to see if they would fit. Unfortunately they do not. I am swamped right now with a few other new products and won't be into these for a while. I know CBS makes these, I suggest you look at theirs. If you want LED pods for them let me know! Thanks for giving me a shot at your busines, I just don't have anything and won't for a while...

If you want a Flush or Stealth LED mount I have those in stock, ready to ship, for $100 (shipping included).

If you want a tube one then yes it will be a few weeks. I am thinking of doing a batch run of 5, powder coating all of them and selling for $180 plus shipping. I usually charge $160 plus $30 for optional powder coating but if I do a bunch it's cheaper so I can lower the price. I will post more details on the batch run after this weekend and I can take some names on a list because I have a few parties interested.

Ok I am placing an order for 5 Tube bars worth of laser cut parts today. These will all be 4 tab bars and will be powder coated a black, flat mini texture. If you want a different tab setup shoot me a PM and I will take a $50 deposit to lock you in for a custom setup. I am doing this because 95% of people want 4 tabs so I want to make ones that people will more than likely buy if all 5 don’t sell out right away.

Pricing will be as follows and I am switching to a flat rate. They will be $200 including shipping to the lower 48. If you are in HI, AK or Canada PM me for a shipping quote, I will include my flat rate shipping cost towards your total shipping. This breaks down as follows: $160 for the raw Tube bar, $30 for powder coating, and shipping usually costs approx $30, or $220. I am discounting everything by $20 for the new flat rate option, so savings for you guys! If you want to buy the matching 32” LED bar or any pod LEDs I will do further discounts off the retail price of the LEDs, so shoot me a PM with your lighting questions!

If you want to lock one down shoot me a PM and I can take a small deposit or full payment, they should be ready for shipping in approx 2 weeks.

Just FYI. 9" lights will only fit in the outboard position on the bar. The inner mounts are just about 2" too close.

Ya when I set up the tabs it's for 7" round lights unless some asks specifically for special spacing. I set the tabs 8" apart so that there will be 1" between lights. If you want adjustments made shoot me a PM and we can work something out!

The outbound position seems to work fine. I just angled the pod lights more to the ditch/curb direction to give me the side lighting I wanted. These LED 9" lights are unbelievably bright.

Finally received my 32" bar and installed it so my set up is complete. Looks and fits great.

One of the LEDS in the bar was dead upon arrival on the bar, (Opt7) but luckily for Amazon and there great CS they are swapping it out no hassle.

Flush mount blow out. I have two pairs left and then I will be discussing that style mount. I still have Stealth on hand and will have some tube ones ready in a week.
