last weekend i went to port aransas for spring break and i wish i took more pictures but i pulled out a couple cars from loose sand
i even managed to pull out a brand new ram 1500. but on another note i went "sanding" on the side if the road and it wasnt too bad, needless to say i need some all terrain tires

Looks like fun! Some new treads will certainly help.

so basic things i completed within a month of buying my 4runner:
painted my emblems red:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11175447943/" title="IMG_20130602_202954 by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2848/11175447943_807bdc2e1a.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_20130602_202954"></a>

did a custom job on my center caps:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11176094986/" title="IMG_20130206_153127 by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5521/11176094986_14d83e26ce.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_20130206_153127"></a>

okay so the fabtec coilovers leaked within two months of installing so i spoiled my 4runner first with the bilstein 5100 and toytec/ eibach coils then with some camburg upper control arms

my brother bought a 07 FJ in June and within a month he destroyed his clutch so i towed him 15 miles back to my house to fix it

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11175327134/" title="IMG_20130730_194351 - Copy by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5516/11175327134_1faa66134e.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="IMG_20130730_194351 - Copy"></a>

heres a pic of me working on my 1st gen roll bar with the fj being taken apart

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11175218605/" title="20130817_162955 (1) by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3734/11175218605_2008001fcf.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="20130817_162955 (1)"></a>

and my roll bar:
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11175360016/" title="20130817_125737 by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3699/11175360016_97133474d8.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="20130817_125737"></a>

and it installed:
<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11176500126/" title="Untitled by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2876/11176500126_6afe0bc67e.jpg" width="500" height="375" alt="Untitled"></a>

so a few months after i got the 4runner this happened:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11178404175/" title="Untitled by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5473/11178404175_3dda563e67.jpg" width="375" height="500" alt="Untitled"></a>

nice big dent in my door from a careless driver backing up. luckily it happened before i lifted it and the only damage was to the door itself.
theres a long story connected to it and why it still hasn't been fixed having to do with the glorious work of SAPD and them having no balls. it would be more expensive to go through my insurance ($500 deduct-able) so eventually im just gonna buy a new door

i was bored before i installed my transmission cooler so i painted it:

<a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/110339383@N02/11178457926/" title="Untitled by josh.hartung, on Flickr"><img src="http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3801/11178457926_9060e4a0f4.jpg" width="500" height="333" alt="Untitled"></a>

How do you like those synergy adapters? Spydertrax are so reputable but I think these are probably just as good.
