4x4 RC

I would like to get a 4x4 RC truck.

What would you get ?

I was going to go battery , but also heard gas is available.

What scale do these come in or whats a good size to get ? I obviously know nothing about them.

A 4th gen 4R would be cool but I'm sure it's not made. I also here you can get kits you build or get already done that you can modify if you later.

If you want a badass, easy to operate and maintain 4X4 - then get the TRAXXAS E-MAXX...A couple good batteries(good batts make a huge difference) and you will be doing 30-40 MPH and climbing anything in sight.

Gas R/C's are ridiculous fast and explosive acceleration...they are a PITA to maintain.

The newer electrics with LIPO batteries are expensive but pretty much hang with gas powered.

Leme know what you get. I have a gas engine, dunno if it will fit but it is a Novarossi .21 4port engine if your interested. Never used. Was going to go into a Kyosho MP5 but it was too expensive at the time to work on, need a lot of parts for the buggy.
