Awesome dude. Are you going to paint it or powder coat? Did you order it with or without hoops? What lights do you plan to use?

I ordered it with the main hoop in the front with two side hoops too. I didn't like the stinger-type angle so my hoops are supposed to be completely vertical. I got a price of $250 to powder coat it so I'm strongly considering rattle-can since Christmas has depleted my funds. I decided to not get any lights in it for right now. I'll probably order the HID from Adam at 4XInnovations but am waiting to pay off my credit card bill first.

You might want to add some spacers or get some different front coils. The 880's won't hold the plate bumper weight that great and will sag. I'd suggest some 883's or 881's and top plate spacers. Or just add some top plate spacers to your 880's.
I'm looking forward to seeing the final product and just spray paint it. Much cheaper and easier to maintain.

The irony about the front coils is that I specifically didn't get the heavier ones since I thought there's no way I'd ever get into this enough to buy a custom bumper. Of course then I proceed to enjoy getting off pavement and end up with a dented drooping front bumper that needs to be replaced. The Sonoran Steel OME Accessory Kit comes with a diff drop, adjustable panhard bar and spacers for the front end so I'm kinda covered. The reason I say kinda is because Sonoran Steel recommends not using that set up with a custom front bumper.
I'll let you know how it turns out with some before / after measurements.

New estimated ship date is Friday, 1/14 with arrival on Monday or Tuesday of following week. It's currently about 30 F here in Ohio and I don't have access to a heated space to paint. Anyone have suggestions on a rattle can paint that works well when applied at low temperatures?

Congrats on the new bumper, mine shipped out yesterday and should be here very soon. I am still undecided between a black wrinkle powdercoat and just painting it the factory silver color.
At this point I'm leaning toward factory paint since most aftermarket bumpers I see are black and I dont care to follow the herd. Local body shop will do it by next day for $180

Well crud, I've wondered about this approach as well and would like to see pics of it matching factory colors if you go this route.

I will definitly post pics up whichever route I take. I put new wheels on in a flat black along with bfg a/t's and I'm kinda diggin the silver bumper with black wheels, a little afraid black bumpers and sliders will be too much. Either way I should know in the next couple weeks when I get back in town from work and get the bumper installed.

I thought about getting an estimate from a local body shop to paint it black but... even when not offroading I still enjoy running into things and thought a rattle can would be the perfect solution for touchups, even though powder coat would be more durable. Where do you think a paint job from a body shop would be in terms of durability compared to rattle can and powder coating?

rattle can it, use VHT roll bar paint for a nice smooth texture that almost has a rubbery feel to it. Gerdo and I use it, found it at Pep Boys.
or just use quick drying paint from Walmart 3$ a can, Krylon... Ive used both on mine, no complaints,

I saw in another thread that you said you got your bumper in and you got full hoops. Any chance we can see some pictures even if it's not mounted yet?

This is a picture of my 4xInnovations front bumper installed for a test fit prior to painting. I went with the double hoop stinger in order to protect lights, eventually run a brush wire to the outer corner and also fab some removable fender protection that would connect to future sliders (similar to an ARB product). Unfortunately, the outer vertical section of tubing is right in front of the corner light so I may be forced to remove my bumper to replace a bulb. I'm not sure if I'm happy with this but it is what I custom ordered from Adam. It may be a limitation of the design if you are looking to use the double hoop stinger. For comparison I've posted what I was trying to accomplish in the photo below. I haven't looked behind and ARB bullbar but I am impressed by the sturdiness of the 4xInnovations bumper.

Holy crap, that looks awesome with that stinger configuration. I like it even more now. I really can't wait to see it painted.
