5100 Getting installed in the morning, quick question

Full stock 2010 4runner getting some 5100 and the 620 eibach springs for the front installed in the morning. I understand the 620's will give it a slight lift over the current soft front springs.
Wondering if I should leave shock setting at the lowest level or move it up a notch or two. My rear is still stock as I'm not sure what to do, I was thinking of just using a spacer.

I want a slight lift to make it noticeable. Any suggestions with this front combo?

That is exactly the route I first took before I added a lot of weight to the front with bumper/winch/skids.

I went from around 34.5-35 inches (ground to fender) stock to 36.625 driver side and 36.875 passenger side (Just checked my nerd spreadsheet I keep). So around 2 inches and this was with the Bilstein's set at ZERO. This combination rode great on an otherwise stock 4Runner.

I was able to get my alignment within spec too. I think if you set the Bilstein's on the next slot up you would struggle to get enough caster.

You will love it either way. Blows away the stock ride.

Just visited toytec and noticed they now sell 2 different sets of Eibach 620 springs. Just so we're on the same page...mine were the P/N: 112-620

Hey thanks for the quick reply, just checked them and they are in fact the 112-620. I did a quick measurement and I am sitting at 34.5 on the drivers side and 34 3/4 on the passenger side. So I will leave it at the lowest position.

Thanks again,

Just wanted to provide an update, had the 112-620 springs installed and the 5100's at its lowest level and it gave me approx 2" in lift. So now front is completely level (distance to fender) with the stock rear.

Ride quality driving home was much better, hard to believe how poor the stock performed.

Good to hear. I know, it's unreal how much better it drives w/o the factory shocks! My sister has a stock SR5 and it's frightening driving that thing after driving my 4Runner.... and I'm not a crazy driver or anything. Major lean on exit ramps, diving on braking, and overall instability (compared to bilstein or other aftermarket shocks I've tried).
